Starting Point: Duke Horacio in Lumby Castle, 2nd Story

 

Reward: 1 Quest Point, Ability To Craft Runes, Air Talisman

 

Items Needed/Skills: None

 

Difficulty: Easy

 

 

 

1. Talk to Duke Horacio, he will give you an air talisman, and tell you to take it to the Head Wizard in the Basement of the Wizard's Tower.

 

2. He gives you some notes to give to Aubury in Varrock, the Rune Seller.

 

3. Aubury is just north of Varrock East Bank in a circular Building. He will give you something to take back to the Head Wizard.

 

4. Congrats, you can now make runes.
